Introduction:
As the visual positioning has stable and high positioning accuracy than manual positioning. It has faster model changing speed than sensor positioning. The fastest setting time of visual positioning part is 7 minutes. This machine can finish box paper gluing, box positioning (means paste the inner box in the glued paper automatically, which can save a lot of time and labor cost, also improve the positioning accuracy), it is really a useful box positioning machine.
Gluing area
1) Copper scraper should cling to glue roller and the circular arc of the copper scraper should meet the arc of glue roller. This copper scraper design in use can very well cooperate with glue roller. When copper scraper happened glue-drop phenomenon, please clean copper scraper to keep clean; to sure the copper scraper is sharp, if not, please grind it timely.
2) Before using copper spatula, please check whether the spring plate is elastic. If there is no flexibility, please processed or replaced with a spring sheet in time, otherwise the paper will have a scraper trace after gluing.
3) Adjusting the handle can adjust the gap between the rubber roller and the rubber roller to change the thickness of the glue.
4) Adjusting the hand wheel can adjust the gap between the guide plate and the rubber roller. When the paper is thick, the spacing should be increased, (should be adjusted clockwise)

About safety
Before installing, operating, maintaining and checking the machine , please read the operation manual and accessory document at first so that could operating the machine properly. Please familiar master the situation of equipment, safety messages and other safety precautions after that operating the machine. Please obey the following advice; they are very important to safety operation.
Worker must accept training before operating machine and have mastered relevant operation skills.
Do not get too close to the running sections of machine to avoid that the clothes or body be draw into the machine which will damage the machine and lead to casualties.
Do not put any part of body enter the equipment until it stop running completely.
Do not get close to any part of machine with warning sign.
Before operation, please check the machine and ensure the machine in under normal situation.
Using the safety protection device must be used in accordance with the regulations correctly.
Before maintaining the machine, make sure have cut off power source, liquid source and air source. In the meantime, please hang warning card, such as, repairing, forbid switching on. Or has a specially assigned guardian, the guardian should not operating the machine or something not relevant to guarding.
Please strictly obey the safety operation rules operating the machine.
Ensure have adequate air source and stable power voltage before starting the machine. Cleaning all sundries on the machine and make sure the machine not colliding with something else during its running. Please connect the ground wire to avoid electric shock or fire accident.
Do not use wet hand to turn off machine switch and rotary knob, it might lead to a electric shock.
