Assemble the mold
1) Turn the hand wheel to retract the 4 bases to the widest position
2) In the parameter setting under the touch screen, click the [up arrow] in the parting setting column to separate the upper mold from the middle mold, then loosen the locking block screw of the middle rod mold, and take out the middle mold rod. The upper mold can be installed to the upper mold fixed block
3)After installing the middle mold to the middle mold rod, install the middle mold rod back to the spindle arm
4)Click [Down arrow] in the parting setting bar until the lower surface of the upper mold is flush with the upper surface of the middle mold, and then lock the middle mold with the middle mold lever locking block, and then set the current position to [ Clamping position]
5) Set the current position method, such as setting the clamping position a. Long press the red dot on the left of the clamping position until the value jumps to the current position value, b. Click the value on the right of the clamping position, and input the current position value
6) Finally, the bottom mold is installed to the mold supporting device to complete the mold assembly steps.
