Gift Box Making Machine For Sweet Box And Rigid Paper Box is used for wrapping the glued paper in the pasted box. It can finished side wrapping, edge folding, tucking in and air pressing at one time, which is suitable for all kinds of rigid box wrapping, such as shoes boxes, gift boxes, cell phone boxes, perfume boxes etc.
Parameter Settings:
6)Continue to click [Down Arrow] in the spindle setting bar, drop to the level where the upper end of the paper box is flush with the top of the bubble pressing plate, click [Press Bubble 1] in the manual operation interface, 4 bubble pressing cylinders extend, and then Rotate the handwheel to move the base until the distance between the 4 bubble-pressing plates and one side of the carton is 1-2mm, and then fix the base;
7.)Click [Press Bubble 1], after the bubble pressure cylinder is retracted, click [Up Arrow] under the parting setting column to separate the upper mold from the middle mold, and rise to the bottom of the upper mold and fold into the inner edge of the paper box. Height 1-5mm position, the current position is set to [parting position]
8)In the manual operation interface, click [Edge 3], the edge cylinder 3 extends, and click [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] in the spindle setting bar to adjust the position of the paper box until the upper end of the paper box is at a distance from the lower end of the lower edge plate 2-3mm, the current position is set to [lower side position], [lower pressure bubble position]
9)In the manual operation interface, click [Edge 1], the edge cylinder 1 extends, and click [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] in the parting setting bar to adjust the upper mold position until the bottom of the upper mold and the upper layer are edged The distance between the top of the board is 1-2mm, and the current position is set to [waiting position];
10)Press the red stop button on the operation panel to retract all the protruding cylinders, then click [Clamping Position] in the parting setting column, and after the upper and middle molds are closed, click the [up arrow] in the main shaft setting column, raise the main shaft to the position 1-3mm between the bottom of the carton and the lower end of the ear-folding brush, and set the current position to 【Fold-ear position】
