According to the position of the exhaust hole, move the stripping movement block and turn the stuck block to make the stripping rod go through the exhaust hole fluently. Fix the stripping movement block and stuck block before operation.
When the stripping device works, select the stripping mode in the program(remove the stripping rod when the stripping rod is not used).The cylinder pushes the pushing rod to move the stripping rod up and down, the pushing rod ensures the stripping rod moves stably while the stripping cylinder stretches or retracts.

When we get a new box, installed the box mold on machine, input its data on the LS-F7 touch screen. Including the box length, width, height, cover paper width, top mold height, middle mold height and tucking in blade thickness. Then press caluate, machine will automaitc come to home position and move to setting position. Load a box to checking the setting and ensure each setting is fine. Then machine can start working. Whole process will cost 8 minutes.
It is an ideal equipment for changable small orders.
