Box pressing machine
1.In the production of the box of different heights, put the box into the operation table, adjust the height by screw rising device and fixed. It can save time and easy control the size of side of box.
2.There are thick paper (eg:200-350G gold and silver cards) anti rebound device options, the customer can choose the option item according to different box.

Daily maintenance
Clean up the machine everyday as appropriate. When cleaning the machine,please use vacuum cleaner or clean rags. Apply some cleanser on the clean rags to remove the dirty spot and scrub the machine.
Machine maintenance personnel must have a professional level, maintenance personnel for equipment maintenance, must cut off all the power supply equipment.
Routine maintenance
Cleaning
Machine cleaning cycle should be once per shift (8 hours), can be arranged according to the actual situation.
When cleaning the outside of the machine, it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner or a clean cloth; If there are dirty parts, you can use alcohol or odourless , non-foam solution of scale remover to drop on a clean cloth to wipe the equipment.
Periodic inspection
Before each shift starts up, check whether the air pressure gauge pressure meets the production requirements and whether the connecting part of the machine is loose, etc. Safety device spot check cycle is once a week.
Lubrication of components
Lubricate the bubble guide rod with lubricant every day.
