Automatic Paper Gluing Machine For Rigid Boxand Plastic Rigid Box Making Factory& Box Suppliers
Applicable products: file boxes, file boxes, clothing boxes, shoe boxes, hardcover covers and other products. This machine has high efficiency and strong adaptability, hot melt adhesive, glue and latex can be used. Variable speed, no wear, no deformation feeding.
This machine has indirect heating and temperature control system, which is suitable for places with low working environment. The system model can be assembled into various forms of pipelines according to the needs of the product.
The feeder system is equipped with an electricity box, open its door, check the connecting marks for every section, and connect every part according to the marks to get them energized.
The feeding system and gluing roller are both equipped with transducer to control the speed, the parameters was set, please don’t change them. If Opposition happens, please connect with 380V power line, the power of the machine is 4kw,use 2.5 square five core cable to connect with zero line and ground ware(3 phase).

Setting and testing
A. Do not turn on the hitting system during testing, if necessary; make sure the glue tank is filled with clean water.
B. Adjust the 6 suction pipes in the feeding system, when only 3 suction pipes need to work, turn off 2 of them, and leave the other 4 on.
C. Adjust the Vacuum pump; keep the air pressure within45-50.
D. Stop the suction before turning off the machine, clean the roller and the glue pump.
E. The machine has been set well before shipping; do not change the machine without consulting our engineer.
